Please email info@hotyogapasadena.com or text us at 626-414-5127 one week before your charge date. We will cancel it for you and confirm the last day to enjoy your current month of classes. (always the day before your charge date) There is no self cancel at this time but it is coming soon. Stay tuned.

In the Momence app, simply click on My Account, My Memberships and you will see how many classes you have used out of how many classes available. You will also see the “expires/renew” date which is your charge date and all classes must be used by the day before.

There are no mid month upgrades/dowgrades, but you can request to transfer your membership on your next charge by upgrading to a higher level of membership, or downgrading to a lower level. Just email or text us and we will take care of it. You can also request to be charged sooner if you run out of class, but we don’t push your date out.

There are no pauses to membership, but you can cancel anytime a week prior and use as many classes in a week as you need to enjoy them before your membership month expires. See above for details on how to cancel. (the 1st FAQ)

There is no sharing of memberships or class cards. Everyone (including children) must have their own accounts and packages to use for the studio.

Classes do not carry over so make sure you are getting the maximum value on your membership or ask us for help to find you another package.

At HYP, we appreciate those who keep their membership active. As an incentive, we often hold rates for several years as long as you keep your membership active. You also get to transfer within your level of membership tier. We do occasionally raise old rates with at least 30 days notice.
