If you are looking for the old school traditional Original Hot Yoga (aka, Bikram Yoga, 26&2) you’ve found the right place. 

We’ve been keeping Pasadena healthy and strong with OHY (Original Hot Yoga) since Val opened the studio in 1998.  (25 years and going strong!)

In addition to the traditional 90 minute OHY, we’ve expanded to offer our 60 minute version to allow a more accessible way to experience our OHY classes.  Both new and experienced practitioners enjoy our 60 & 90 minute versions. 

Anyone looking for a fitness class will love our high intensity, low impact Hot Pilates and HP with Weights.  These classes are very popular and some tend to sell out days in advance.  Please plan ahead especially for the Hot Pilates Weights classes.

Our Yin classes offer long slow holds, to explore deeper access and stretch for your joints.   We are always learning and growing and have new classes on the horizon for joint mobility and strength coming soon. 

Hot Yoga Pasadena (formerly Bikram Yoga Pasadena) was opened by Val Sklar Robinson in 1998. We’ve been in the same location and in 2013 doubled our size and did a major upgrade to our heating system, flooring,  large changing rooms and showers.  We also got a brand new vinyl floor in 2021 that is both easy to clean and comfortable to practice on.

We’ve been Voted Best Yoga Program by the voters of the Pasadena Weekly 14 times and Best Pilates and Best Place to Workout the last 2 years.  Our experienced and dedicated instructors are passionate about our classes and offer an incredible experience.

  1. Only show up to class if you are 100% Healthy

  2. Arrive 15 minutes early. We start classes and shut the front door on time.

  3. Register for all classes in advance on the Momence App and check-in at the front desk when you arrive.

  4. Please your in a space laid out on the floor and be on your mat and ready to sweat before your teacher enters the Hot Room.

  5. Follow the teaching and direction of our teachers and staff.

  6. Leave your phone and all electronics outside the yoga room. There are no phones in the yoga room nor filming*. (*exceptions for teachers.)

  7. Our showers are for a quick rinse only

  8. Smiling helps new people who are nervous feel welcomed. Feel free to introduce yourself!

  9. Reach out to Val or our staff if you need any help, have questions or need any support.
